When we arrived home, we noticed we had no air conditioning and the internet rotor was not working. I followed Marty Manbeck from another company when he went to Bell several years ago. Last evening after 5:30 our a/c quit on us and I called Bell Mechanical Services and got a true “angel” on the phone (Barbara). She is WONDERFUL and sent out Luis who diagnosed and fixed our issue in no time. My wife has had 5 bypass surgeries and I have had brain surgery and between Barbara and Luis – we slept “cool” last evening. As a general contractor, we use Bell Mechanical in all our residential and commercial projects. Today, however, on the hottest day of the year, our personal air condenser in our home stopped working. We called Bell of course, and in less than an hour we had air again! Keith, a.k.a. my “hero”, was professional and friendly but most importantly, we can sleep in a wonderfully cooled home tonight. – Laura Morel

Our furnace would turn off after running for just a few minutes – never getting the temperature up to where we had the thermostat set. We called our AC/heating guy, and he had an opinion about what the problem might be but because he is not an authorized Trane dealer, he couldn’t order the part. We searched online and found Bell Mechanical. They came promptly that same day and spent a long time trying to diagnose the problem. They tried multiple quick fixes but said most likely a more expensive part would need to be ordered. They were able to get the furnace working correctly that same evening but said they would order the other part and just to call in the next few days to let them know whether or not things were working correctly. The furnace did actually work for a few days, but then it quit again. We called Bell, and they came and replaced the part – no problems since – Becky Thoms
I called Bell for a second opinion when my AC repair person told me I had a bad compressor and the outdoor unit needed replacing. The bill would be in the thousands to replace my AC unit. Bell came and spent 15 minutes reviewing my AC unit, and informed me of a bad fan motor. They replaced the motor, and we’re up and running for $350 including labor. Keith was polite, knowledgeable, and indicated that things would not be as expensive even if he did have to replace everything. He was very sensitive to the costs and was quick to help. – David Day
I was referred to Bell Mechanical LLC by a fellow engineer at my plant. She went out for several bids and Bell won. She is a tough customer was very happy with their price and work. I called the office and spoke with James Bell. We made an appointment for a visit to work up an estimate. James arrived right on time and looked over both of our AC/Furnace units. He gave me a “ball park” estimate on the spot and I had a final estimate with several different options in my email within a couple of days. The prices were good enough that we did not pursue any other bids. We arranged a date for installation and his crew was there right on time. Note that James did not request any payment until the job was completed and cleaned up. The guys finished about when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. James even stopped by to see how the job was going mid afternoon. We are pleased with Mr. Bell and will call him out to replace our other air conditioner/furnace when the government pays me to do it again. I highly recommend Mr. Bell. – John Luther
